We are constantly looking for new talent. Many of our new employees start as drilling assistants, gaining experience in various stages of the drilling process as part of a team. The work is physical and requires commitment, but offers a unique opportunity to experience the nature of Finland and Sweden up close. From drilling assistant, it’s a natural step to progress to driller or other expert roles within the company — career paths are open at KATI.
Smart and Responsible Operations
We value initiative, service-mindedness, and the ability to work independently. Technical understanding of heavy equipment and small machinery is a plus, as are language skills and a comfort with working in nature.
